Low-viscosity PCTFE inert oil. A mechanical seal barrier fluid and instrument fill fluid, as well as a single-phase immersion cooling / heat transfer fluid for electronics. It resists strong acids, strong bases, oxidizers and reactive gases (oxygen, chlorine), and is a cost-effective replacement for Solvay Galden HT230 — no flash point (nonflammable). Korea stock available, ready to ship.

※ Detailed cooling-design properties such as thermal conductivity, boiling point and dielectric strength (kV/mm) are provided from the latest HQ datasheet — inquire below.
Per HQ data, 6.3 Oil is comparable to Galden HT230 in vapor pressure and viscosity, and while it holds similar thermal conductivity and boiling point, its dielectric strength and dielectric constant are superior to Galden. Higher in viscosity than 4.2, it suits systems that require boiling margin and film stability.
A dielectric constant of 2.8–3.0 insulates electronic components to reduce the risk of short circuits, and long-term thermal stability to 204°C gives the fluid a long service life even in high-heat environments. It stays chemically inert even in contact with strong acids, oxidizers and reactive gases.
Halocarbon 4.2 and 6.3 are the fluids HQ presents with properties optimized for single-phase immersion cooling. For two-phase (evaporative) immersion cooling, HFMOP is the fit.
6.3 is in the low-viscosity line. If you need a fluid with faster circulation and cooling cycles, consider 4.2; if you need a medium viscosity for compressors or hydraulics, consider 27.
